To supplement paragraph 5 follows the words "Defence Ministry" with the words "the procedure laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia the use of airspace in respect of certain activities".
2. Supplement with 14.1 points as follows: "these provisions 14.1 14.1 14.2 14.3. at the bottom, and the flights referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out in accordance with the flight plan."
