No 53 41) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 June 2004, regulations No 571 "road rules" Issued under the Road Traffic Act article 3, second paragraph, 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 June 2004, regulations No 571 "road rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 103 no; 2005, 100, 2008, 103 no; no 26) the following amendments: 1. put 1 point 4 of the annex by the following: "4. The technical categories of driving licence appropriate implements the : A-4.1 tractors, self-propelled implements of communal and universal pašgājējmašīn with full mass up to 7500 kg;
4.2. B – all tractors, self-propelled implements, communal bulldozers and universal pašgājējmašīn;
4.3. C – excavators and forklifts powered;
4.4. D – agricultural pašgājējmašīn;
4.5. E-autogreider;
4.6. (F) – forest development and care of the machine;
4.7 G-road building machinery;
4.8 H-other special pašgājējtehnik. ";
1.2. deleting paragraph 5 of annex 1.
2. the rules shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
