The municipality, with the State budget, submitted electronically in Ministry: 7.1. State budget funds requested for the current year, up to 31 May (annex 2, table 1);
7.2. clarify State budget request for the current year, up to 30 September (annex 2, table 1);
7.3. data on number of students changes when the number of pupils has changed, which is consumed in the country catering budget, the school year each month to the 15th day of the preceding month (annex table 1). 8. the primary authority twice a year in the municipality concerned shall submit the report electronically on State budget funds (annex 4 table 2 and 3): 8.1 and 25 January – for the period from 1 September to 31 December;
8.2. to June 20 – for the period from 1 January to 31 May. 9. The municipality, with the State budget, twice a year, the Ministry submitted a report electronically on State budget funds (annex 4, table 1): 9.1 to 10 February – for the period from 1 September to 31 December;
9.2. to 30 June, for the period from 1 January to 31 May. 10. Ministry of an established national budget resources for one student per day, calculate the amount of funds the State budget for each municipality, based on the Municipal Government submitted feature request (annex 2) and data on changes in the number of pupils (annex 3). 11. Food quality monitors the food and veterinary service. 12. the national budget spent, legality and usefulness of national control law in the control of the official controls, and financial performance, as well as examining the business and complying with regulations and planned results. 13. By September 1, 2008 the State budget funds allocated to local authorities of the institutions of basic education class 1 student catering. If elementary education authority or authorities shall submit to the State budget requests and information about the changes in the number of pupils in the electronic document signed with a secure electronic signature, the State budget request, data on changes in the number of pupils and report on State budget utilization in paper form is not submitted. 17. the rules shall enter into force on august 5, 2008. 1.1. foods rich in complex carbs for (for example, rupjmaiz or whole wheat bread, boiled potatoes or potato puree, cooked buckwheat, semolina, rice, or pasta). Do not use deep-fried potatoes (fries);

3. As the food additive does not use mayonnaise and ketchup.
4. do not use cooking or overheated repeatedly heated oils.
5. Reduce the salt content to be added to food, replacing it with herbs and spices. Add salt to the finished product does not exceed 1 g per 100 g of product.
