3.2. take a sample of the host body's determination in accordance with the provisions of the annex and sent for laboratory analysis;
3.3. laboratory diagnosed;
3.4. the spread of containment and control measures (hereinafter referred to as the phytosanitary measures) and monitors their operations;

9.2.6. backyard garden – the garden, fitted to use produced fruit for personal use;
9.2.7. the gene pool-genetic resources collection of host plants, owned by a person in accordance with the laws and regulations of the body and a company specialised in agricultural plant genetic resources species collectibles specializes in collecting genetic resources, conservation, characterization, evaluation and use;
9.2.8. mother plants and planting stock reproduction field, from which the propagating material that was used for the acquisition of nursery plants, recognized as the outbreak of the organism. 11.4. mother plants, destroyed by burning the infected host and host plants with Visual signs of the organism, as well as at least two of the following host plants on each side in the same row from the infected host or host for Visual signs of the organism, but no less than five meters on each side of the infected host or host for Visual signs of the organism, as well as the surrounding host plants where the Crown contact with infected host plants or with host plants that is the Visual characteristics of the organism;
11.5. This provision is 9.2.2. in the case referred to in subparagraph: 11.5.1. prohibited to distribute propagating material from mother plants and planting stock for propagation in a year when the field found the body, and the next year;

11.6. these rules 9.2.3. in the case referred to in subparagraph when found in an organism, the prohibition to distribute seedlings, next year a sample of latent forms of the organism. If the laboratory analysis in body is not found, the service cancels phytosanitary measures and authorisation to distribute seedlings;
7.3. komercdārz – burning destroys the infected host and host plants with Visual signs of the organism, as well as at least two of the following host plants on each side in the same row from the infected host or host for Visual signs of the organism, but no less than five meters on each side of the infected host or host for Visual signs of the organism;
11.8. the gene pool: 11.8.1. burning destroys the infected host plants of the organism, the organism with the Visual features, as well as the surrounding host plants, in direct contact with the infected host or host plants with Visual signs of organism;
11.8.2. If the organism exposed to destruction is the only one of the variety in Latvia, permission to obtain better plants and set a time limit, it expires and host plants destroyed and services provides: 11.8.2.1. to cut and burn the host nodes with Visual signs of organism;
11.8.2.2. each year to destroy the host's flowers;
11.8.2.3. host plants and 10 metre radius around their existing host plants use as mother plants;
7.4. plant collection (in the botanical gardens, dendrārijo, tree nursery, scientific authorities, arboretumo) by burning the infected host plants, destroyed the host plant with Visual signs of the organism, as well as the surrounding host plants where the Crown contact with infected host plants or with host plants with Visual signs of the organism;
11.10.-in gardens, kitchen gardens and other places – burning destroys the infected host plants of the organism, the organism with Visual symptoms and host range of 10 metres around the infected host or host with Visual signs of the organism;
11.11. by destruction of the host tools, and other materials, which are used for the destruction of the infected host, disinfected with chlorinated municipal chemical preparations;
11.12. destroy the host shoots treated with the plant protection product in accordance with the legislation on plant protection. 12. Host plants are destroyed under the supervision of the services not later than 15 days after the provision of the decision referred to in paragraph 8. 13. 2.3. sample can be composed of one genus of several host plants. If the host plants have different growing conditions or host with the Visual characteristics of the organism of the plant, these places take separate samples.
3. the propagation material without Visual signs of the organism of organisms present in a latent form org for determination of sampling: 3.1 10-20 inches long atlapot nodes;
3.2.100 branches from one host plant of the genus each 0.1 ha area, where more than 1000 nursery this genus;
3.3. branches 5% of the number of host plants of one genus, but not less than 30 node, if there are fewer than 1000 in the nursery of the genus;
