20. If the learner is enrolled in an educational establishment after august 20, the Director shall ensure that the information on student is entered and updated the national education information system within 10 working days after the order for the learner intake educational institution relevant educational program. 21. 28. 31. IV. transfer of the trainees in the next classroom learners move 32. Learners who acquire general secondary education program, from educational institutions with an order of the Director's report in the following cases: 53.1. learner is enrolled in another institution; 53.2. learner who mastered the General secondary education programme 10-12 grade, not moved the next class; 53.3. learner who enrolled in evening (shift) or remote (including distance education) General secondary education program with educational pedagogical Council recommendation, paragraph 10 of these rules in the case referred to in the first semester of the school year is not passed by the end of pēcpārbaudījum, and has not acquired sufficient assessment; 53.4. learner's exit from a country (56 of these rules in the case referred to in paragraph); 13. the learner has received the certificate of general secondary education or testimony on general secondary education programs; 53.6. learner repeatedly does not meet the Education Act obligations; 53.7. based on adult learners in the request, the written application with the specified cause. 54. 57.3. the Director shall issue an order for the deduction from the learner's educational institutions and in writing, notify the municipality in whose territory the student residence is declared, the learner the continuation of education abroad, as well as to ensure that information on the status of teachers has actualized the national education information system. VII. concluding issues 58. Be declared unenforceable: 58.1.
