No 62 1) National School of Administration Regulations Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment the first part i. General questions 1. Public Administration School (school) is the State Chancellery in direct supervision of the regulatory authority. 2. the aim of the School is to implement the national policy for the professional development of public administration in order to prepare highly qualified and professional employees. II. School functions, tasks and rights 3. School take the national legislation in the field of civil service functions, as well as providing professional development and competence development opportunities for people working in public administration. 4. in order to ensure the performance of functions provided for, the school performs the following tasks: 4.1. training needs survey and the information gathered is used according to the training offer; 4.2. coordinate training modules and training courses, including continuing education programs, the development and implementation of appropriate development planning documents and regulations; 4.3. the Faculty provide the attraction, selection and coordination of work; 4.4. ensure internal auditor internal auditor certification, certificate in maintenance and withdrawal of the force; 4.5. preparing and law order provides proposals on school tasks necessary financing from the State budget; 4.6. the State Chancellery to provide proposals on development planning documents for projects and informational messages public administration professional development as well as for legislative projects relating to the training of employees; 4.7. implementing the foreign financial instruments and structural funds of the European Union funded educational programs and projects on public administration professional development; 4.8. the laws provide certain services; 4.9. provide other law enforcement tasks. 5. The school shall have the following rights: 5.1 external laws and cases, to request and receive, free of charge from the other public persons and private school for performing functions required information and documents; 5.2. to provide paid services, including providing training outside the national curriculum orders, hiring rooms and presentation techniques, organizing training in international projects; 5.3. the external law cases to issue administrative acts, including the internal auditor certification; 5.4. to issue certificates certifying the training course or membership in another with the development of professional competence-related event; 5.5. to ensure the derived public person employed, as well as the professional development of individuals and the development of professional competence. III. structure of the School 6. Schools shall be headed by a Director.
