No 62 30) European Union emergency aid modalities for milk producers and swine herd owners Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph 1. determines the order in which milk producers and swine herd owners granted the temporary European Union emergency aid in accordance with the Commission on 15 October 2015 the delegated Regulation (EU) No 2015/1853, providing emergency aid to farmers in the livestock sector (hereinafter Regulation No 2015/1853). 2.
