Construction projects for the preservation of a minimal composition includes: 19.1. an explanatory description of conservation; 19.2. the necessary conservation work list; 19.3. solutions to the structural loss of stability and construction elements further deterioration; 19.4. solutions to prevent hazards to human life and health or the environment; 19.5. other documents which characterise the building. 20. Construction demolition construction for minimal composition includes: 20.1. explanatory description of planned construction plan, including a description of the radiation safety and nuclear safety and radioactive waste management; 20.2. construction master plan in accordance with clearly visible (M 1:250; M 1:500 or 1:1000 M) to a valid plan, indicating the topography at the nojaucam of the building and the demontējamo inženiertīkl. 21.
