Application may be made in person, send by mail or electronically, if the electronic document is drawn up according to laws and regulations on electronic documentation, or submitted electronically in a single State and local government services portal www.latvija.lv by filling in the special online form and authorization for using the portal available for personal identification. 3. If, in considering the provision of application referred to in paragraph 2, the health inspectorate finds that the application is filled in according to this provision the specimen in the annex or are filled in completely, it is not right to 30 working days after receipt of the written application requiring the service provider to clarify information. 4. The service provider within 10 working days after this Regulation referred to in paragraph 3 of the receipt of the request submitted to the health inspection documents proving that the deficiencies have been rectified. 5.
