No 66 17. §) amendments to Cabinet of Ministers March 2014 25 November Regulation No 727 "action programme" food and basic material assistance to the most deprived persons of 2014 – 2020 programming period ' implementing rules ' Issued in accordance with the European support fund for the benefit of the most deprived persons 2014 – 2020 programming period management article 11 of the law 1., 2., 3., 4., 5 and 6 point 1. make Cabinet 2014 25 November Regulation No 727 "action programme" food and basic material assistance to the most deprived persons in the 2014-2020 planning period "implementing rules" (Latvian journal, 2014, 245. no) the following amendments: 1. delete the words "in paragraph 1.4 (hereinafter referred to as the eligible activity)"; 1.2. the express 3.2.1. subparagraph by the following: ' 3.2.1. with food assistance, including food and ready meals (meals) provided for the preparation of the food storage and distribution, associated process administration; " 1.3. make 4.2 subparagraph by the following: ' 4.2. family (person) to which the municipal social service issued a written statement confirming that a family (person) has come an emergency or crisis situation. The municipal social service certificate shall specify for each family member (a person's) name, surname, date of birth, as well as the date of issue of the certificate and number. "; 1.4. to supplement the provisions of point 4.1, the following wording: "4.1 local government social service issued this rule 4.2. referred inquiries on the basis of a municipal social services provided an opinion assessing the family (people) social situation (excluding income) when: 4.1 1. family (person) reached the emergency law on social services and social assistance cases and requires immediate assistance; 4.1 2. family (person) finds itself in a crisis situation as a result of circumstances it could not foresee or prevent and which causes complete or partial material or other resource loss and deepens its deprivation of food, hygiene and household goods or individual training accessories, and it needs immediate support. Cooperation authority determines the contents of the Bill and the amount of goods according to the performed by the managing authority for the assessment of the situation, taking into account that: 10.1. each of these provisions referred to in paragraph 9 set can have different content; 10.2. this rule 9.1. Kit referred to include this provision in paragraph 65 of the food product; 10.3. this rule 9.1, 9.3 and 9.4. set referred to in subparagraph shall include goods specified in these rules 1, 2 and 3 in the annex. Food and basic material assistance includes the following types of aid: 36.1. food and basic relief goods in the Bill of materials for storage and distribution, as well as additional; 36.2. the provision of meals, including a grocery store and set the distribution of meals, as well as a supplementary measure. 37. cooperation authority is entitled to organise the partner selection of food and basic goods to material assistance and the implementation of follow-up measures or meals and additional individual distribution territory if: "37.1. partner applicants (bidders) divided the territory of not providing all or any of the provisions referred to in paragraph 36 types of aid under application; 37.2. a partnership ceases or is excluded from membership because has not complied with conditions; 37.3. This provision, paragraph 46 candidates do not reach an agreement on the formation of the Association or other forms of cooperation. " 1.24. If several criteria for evaluating tenderers to provide food and basic goods to material assistance, including meal service, and additional: 45.1. approach or exceed whatever distribution territory required the aid intensity, to become a partner gets the most number of points received tenderer; 45.2. the respective distribution area reaches the desired intensity of the aid, or if two or more applicants who provide distribution within the territory concerned persons needed the aid intensity, received the same number of points, the liaison body shall be invited to negotiations on the formation of the Association: 45.2.1.
