Express 3 the following : ' 3. This provision chapter III and IV apply to flights other than those referred to in Regulation No 1008/2008, chapter III. Supplement with 13.3. subparagraph by the following: "the country of registration of the carrier 13.3 and the country in which the carrier wishes to operate scheduled air services to the public, international legally binding assurances that the countries in question is registered in the Republic of Latvia guarantees the carriers the right to carry out regular air service to an equivalent route." 3. Make 15.2. subparagraph by the following: "15.2. a copy of the permit issued by the European aviation safety agency in accordance with Regulation No 452/2014 2. attachment." 4. Delete paragraph 15.4., and 15.3. 5. Add to subparagraph 15.5 behind the words "security requirements" with the words "if they do not return to the European aviation safety agency database". 6. in paragraph 17 deleted numbers ", 15.4 15.3.". 7.
