Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 651 in 2016 (4 October. Nr. 50 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 December 2009. Regulations No. 1494 "moped, motor vehicles, their trailers and component conformity assessment provisions" Issued under the Road Traffic Act article 15.1 fourth draw Cabinet 22 December 2009. New L3, L3, L4 or L4 in a category of vehicle types are valid until 01.01.2006 if their engine emission limit values comply with Directive 97/24/EC, Chapter 5 of annex 2 in the table in section 2.2.1.1.5. subparagraph (A) in the table row of the specified values.
