New L3, L3, L4 or L4 in a category of vehicle types are valid until 01.01.2006 if their engine emission limit values comply with Directive 97/24/EC, Chapter 5 of annex 2 in the table in section 2.2.1.1.5. subparagraph (A) in the table row of the specified values.
