No.) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 4 after the words "educational institution" with the words "or education and law article 36, first paragraph within the institution (hereinafter educational institution)". 2. Add to paragraph 3 of annex 1 to the note 3 by the following: "3. the certificate shall be issued by the national armed forces, signed by national armed forces Commander." 3. To supplement the annex to the note as follows: "Note. The success rate of the statement, which shall be issued by the national armed forces, signed by national armed forces Commander. " 4. a add to annex 5 with the note as follows: "Note. The certificate that is issued by the national armed forces, signed by national armed forces Commander. " 5. Supplement to annex 7, note 3 by the following: "3. the national armed forces, whose tasks include the implementation of a programme of adult education, the report signed by national armed forces Commander."
