The re-export declaration and re-export notification is signed and submitted to the State revenue service electronic declaration system (hereinafter referred to as the electronic declaration system) prior to re-export, adding scanned supporting documents certifying the accuracy of the data included. 5. the re-export notification shall indicate the following: 5.1 a re-export notification to the applicant's registration and identification number (EOU); 5.2. the re-export notification by the applicant or his representative, the name of the economic operator registration and identification number (EOU) and representation; 5.3. the shipper's name and address, or the name and address of the operator; 5.4. the trade description (name) and amount, which will apply to re-export and goods transport document contains the number of the packaging; 5.5. the re-export of the goods planned date and time; 5.6. the vehicle type and registration number of the goods to be exported from the customs territory of the Union; 5.7. Customs Office submitted in the previous document (which contains the product identification data) type (for example, the import summary declaration, manifesto, the International Bill of lading), the number and date; 5.8. information on the expected dates of unloading location (country, which is not an EU Member State); 5.9. the load type and number of the accompanying document with which re-export. 6. If the re-export notification lodged (Customs Office) does not operate electronic declaration system, then the person at the Customs Office, which is under the supervision of the location from which the goods are exported from the customs territory of the Union, the re-export notification shall be given in the form of a paper document (annex) in duplicate (resignation). 7. If the re-export of goods apply to re-export a re-export notification before the person is obliged to Commission 28 July 2015 delegated regulations (EU) 2015/3117, complementary to the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 952/2013 as regards the detailed rules relating to some of the Union's Customs Code provisions, article 244 (1) limits set according to the mode of transport to submit electronic declaration system arrival statement. 8.
