Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 716 in 2016 (8 November. No 60 21) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 February 2010. the Regulation No 103 "driving acquisition and restore order and issue of driving licences, Exchange, recovery and destruction order" issued under the Highway Traffic Act article 22, second paragraph and article 25 of the fourth part, the law "on the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 18, paragraph 1, first subparagraph and the road transport law in the third paragraph of article 6.1 and the third paragraph of article 30.1 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 February 2010 rules No. 103 "driving acquisition and restore order and issue of driving licences, Exchange, restore order and destruction" (Latvian journal 25, 2010 no; 2011, 2012, 79. No; 72. No; 244. no; 2013, 2014, 2016, 204. No; No 9) follows: 1. replace the text, the words "Foreign Ministry" (fold) with the words "the Republic of Latvia in the national accredited diplomatic or consular representation" (fold); 1.2. to supplement the rules with 24.3 points by the following: "where a person is deprived of 24.3 driving rights for a period of up to one year, to restore the authority of the supervisor, the appropriate category B pass a theoretical exam in one of CSDD Department in which it was adopted. If the driver's license only in the AM, A1, A2 or category A person pass a corresponding category according to the theoretical exam. "; 1.3. make 57. paragraph by the following: ' 57.
