The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of maintenance guarantee fund, in do maintenance Guarantee Fund Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, no. 14, no. 14, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2011, no. 95; 2012, 6., no. 190) the following amendments: 1. Replace the fourth subparagraph of article 8, the words "newspaper" with the words "Official Gazette". 2. Express transitional provisions 7. point 2, 3 and 4 of the following paragraph: "2) from 1 January 2014 to 31 December of each child from his birth until the age of seven years, eur 56.91 and for each child of seven years of age to 18 years of age-64.03 € but not more than the Court ruling, as well as not exceeding the amount as determined by the Cabinet of Ministers pursuant to article 179 of the civil code the fifth part; 3) from 1 January 2015 until 31 December for every child from his birth until the age of seven years, eur 64.03 and for each child of seven years of age to 18 years of age: € 71.14 but not more than the Court ruling, as well as not exceeding the amount specified by the Cabinet of Ministers pursuant to article 179 of the civil code the fifth part; 4) from 2016 January 1 to December 31 for each child from his birth until the age of seven years — the euro and each 71.14 children from seven years of age to 18 years of age — 78.26 euro, but not more than the Court ruling, as well as not exceeding the amount specified by the Cabinet of Ministers pursuant to article 179 of the civil code the fifth. " The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2014. The Parliament adopted the law in 2013 on September 12. The President of the Parliament instead of the President's Āboltiņ 2013 in Riga on September 26.
