The Saeima has adopted and promulgated the following laws of Valstsprezident: amended individual financial situation and the Declaration of undeclared income to make the law of natural persons, property of the State and the Declaration of undeclared income Act (Latvian journal, 2011, no 196) the following amendments: 1. in article 3: to replace the number in the first paragraph and the words "10 000 lats or its equivalent in foreign currency, according to the Bank of Latvia exchange rate" with a number and the words "14 230 euro or equivalent in foreign currency"; replace the fourth paragraph, the words "and the number used by the Bank of Latvia exchange rate laid down respectively in article 4 of this law in the first or second day referred to" with the words "accounting purposes" in foreign exchange rates. 2. Replace article 5, fourth paragraph a number and the word "1000" to the number in lats and the word "Euro" in 1430. 3. Transitional provisions: replace the words "transitional provisions" with the words "transitional provisions"; believe the current transitional provisions the transitional provisions of the text of paragraph 1; adding to the transitional provisions in paragraph 2 by the following: "2. a Person who, pursuant to this law, article 2, paragraph 2 of the first subparagraph shall be submitted to the State revenue service economic position statement for the period from 2014 1 March to 1 June, article 3 of the law of property referred to in the first paragraph, or the financial resources of the total purchase value or equivalent of the total amount of foreign currency used for the determination of the Bank of Latvia exchange rate December 31, 2013." 4. Annex: replace throughout the text a number and the word "1000" to the number in lats and the word "Euro" in 1430; replace the text, the number and the word "10 000 lats" with the number and the word "Euro" 14 230; replace the 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 in a note the word "ls" with the word "Euro". The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2014. The Parliament adopted the law in 2013 on 19 September. The President of the Parliament instead of the President's Āboltiņ 2013 in Riga on October 4.
