The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on associations and foundations to make society and Foundation Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 23; 2004, nr. 20; 2006, nr. 24; Latvian journal 2010, 23, 178. no; 2011, 103, 204. no; 2013, 187, 208. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 14, second paragraph, the words "and State fees have the right to" with the words "for payment" is right. 2. Article 20: put the title as follows: "article 20. State fee and the fee for service "; replace the second paragraph, the words "duty payable" to the word "pay"; make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the State fee for entry in the register shall not exceed the administrative costs associated with the adoption of the decision on registration and the entry."
