The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of development planning system to make the development planning system in the law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 13; Latvian journal, 2010, 51/52, 178, no 205; 2011, 103 no). the following amendments: 1. Add to article 3 of the third part as follows: "(3) development planning documents of the national defence policy determined by the national law of the armed forces and the national security law." 2. Make the article 12 by the following: ' article 12. The organisation of the system of development planning, coordination and management (1) the Prime Minister shall ensure Latvia's sustainable development strategy and the national development plan, the monitoring of implementation and coordination, as well as other national planning documents for the implementation of monitoring and coordination. National long-term development planning and evaluation creates a National Development Council, chaired by the Prime Minister.

" 3. Add to the transitional provisions of paragraph 7 as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers 7 of this law article 12 provisions referred to in that subparagraph shall be issued until 2014. February 1." The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2014. The Parliament adopted the law in 2013. on 6 November. The President a. Smith 2013 in Riga on November 27.
