The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on waste management in the waste management Act (Latvian journal 2010, 183, 205. no; in 2012, 2013, 59 no; 194, 232 no) follows: 1. Article 1: express the following in paragraph 24: "24) household waste electrical and electronic equipment-electrical and electronic equipment waste arising in the household or in trade, services, industry elsewhere, bodies and, if they are characteristics and volume comparable household generated waste electrical and electronic equipment. " 11. To make article 25 the following: "article 25. " 18. To supplement the informative reference to European Union directive with the following version of paragraph 23:23) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 the 2012/19/EU directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) ".
