The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law «on amendments restored the Republic of Latvia in 1937 of the civil code introductory law, inheritance law and the entry into force of part time and order the law «on» to make the restored Republic of Latvia in 1937 of the civil code introductory law, inheritance law and the entry into force of part time and order» (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1992, 29/31) such amendment : Add to article 14, first subparagraph, after the words «the former owner or his heirs (the successor)» with the following content: «and when State and local companies, State and local government, a company or an individual State or municipality-owned buildings and premises are being privatized under the special laws governing the privatization of it».
Transitional provisions with the entry into force of this Act shall terminate the constitutional order of article 81 of Cabinet of Ministers issued Regulation No. 175 «On 7 July 1992, the law «on the restored Republic of Latvia in 1937 of the civil code introductory law, inheritance and property rights of the shares and the time of entry into force of the order» advanced» (the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, 19).
