3. Goods which could be included in two or more headings that group, are to be classified in the last of them.
4.2904.-2906 2908-2911, 2913-2920. and product position, any reference to halogenated, sulphonated, nitrated or nitrosated hydrocarbons also applies to the mixed derivatives, such as sulphohalogenated, nitrohalogenated, nitrosulfurēt or nitrosulphohalogenated derivatives. goods of heading no 2929. Nitro or nitrozogrup as a "nitrogen-containing functional groups". 2911, 2912, 2914..., 2918 and 2922. goods item. "oxygen-containing functional groups" should be limited to such functional (the characteristic organic oxygen-containing groups) referred to in item 4822-2920. position.
5. a) organic acid esters with functions I-VII subgroup, if they contain organic compounds of these subgroups themselves are to be classified with those connections, contained the last subgroup;
(b)) I-VII referred to subgroups of ethyl alcohol with acid-ester functions are to be classified in the same headings, which are mentioned in the respective functions with acid;
(c)) in accordance with note 1 of Chapter VI and 28. Group 2:1). the organic compound as acid-, phenol-or enol-connection, inorganic salts or organic bases referred to sub-groups or I-X 2942. goods to be classified in heading, headings, corresponding to organic compounds,

2) I-X Sub or heading 2942. organic compounds, salts are to be classified in this group in the last item, corresponding to the base or to the acid (including phenol-or enol-function compounds) from which they originate;
d) metal alkoholāt are to be classified in the same headings, which are listed in the corresponding alcohols except ethanol (heading 2905.);
(e) halides of carboxylic) (halogēnanhidrīd) are to be classified in the same headings, which are covered in the relevant acid.
6. connection of 2930 and 2931. goods item., are organic compounds the molecules of which next to hydrogen, oxygen or nitrogen, atoms contain other non-metals or of metals (such as sulphur, ammonia, mercury and lead) directly linked to carbon atoms. 2930. item (sulphur organic compounds) and heading 2931. goods (other inorganic and organic compounds) do not include sulphonated or halogenated derivatives (including compound derivatives) which, in addition to atoms of hydrogen, oxygen or nitrogen, atoms to carbon atoms are directly linked or halogen atoms of sulphur, which gives these substances sulphonated or halogenated derivatives (or compound derivatives).
7.2932, 2933 and 2934... the heading do not include epoxides with a three-membered cycle, ketone peroxides, aldehydes and cyclic polymers of thioaldehydes, anhydrides of polybasic carboxylic acids, cyclic phenol or polyhydric alcohols esters with polybasic acids, or imides of polybasic acids. These rules apply only to cases where the ring was established only ciklizācij heteroatom or other reactions here.
Note for subpozīcij: any item in this group, derivatives of a chemical compound (or group of chemical derivatives) are to be classified in the same subpozīcij as that compound (or group of compounds) provided that they are not more specifically covered by any other subpozīcij and that of subpozīcij in the subpozīcij is not under "other".
Additional note: 2937 22 000. subpozīcij, the term "adrenokortikohormon" means natural or synthetically obtained adrenokortikohormon and their derivatives, provided that the latter retain hormonal activity.
