4. the Group dairy products, bird eggs, natural honey, edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included notes 1. The expression "milk" means full cream milk, partially or completely skimmed milk.
2. goods of heading 0405: a) the term "butter" means natural butter, whey butter or melted butter (fresh, salted, including canned), obtained mainly from milk and milk fat content is 80% or more but not more than 95%, the prescribed maximum milk solids-non-fat content of 2% and a maximum water content of 16%. Butter does not contain emulsifiers, but may contain sodium chloride, food colours, and the sight of lactic bacteria;

Notes on subpozīcij: 1.0404 10. subpozīcij, the term "modified whey" means products containing whey constituents, i.e., whey from which all or part of the lactose, proteins separated or minerals, or whey, which added the other ingredients of whey and products obtained by mixing with the other ingredients of whey.
