Chapter II. Border guard organisational structure and arrangement of article 7. 12. article. Border management (1) the border guard administration is the territorial border control authority.

Chapter IV. Border guard Assembly, article 19. 23. article. Chapter VIII. Border legal protection and guarantees of operation article 41. 50. article.
