3.9. 4. Staff 4.1 RT academic family consists of the school staff — — attract members.

4.6. For RT associate and the principal investigator may be individuals with doctoral degrees. 4.8. Like Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and principal investigator positions may hold up to 65 years, but like the lecturer, researcher and Assistant posts — until retirement.

4.9. the Rector has the right to RT to conclude a contract of employment for a period of up to one year to the person who has the appropriate academic or scientific degree, if the calls to the appropriate location in the contest no one is elected. 6. The student authority 6.1. major and doctoral students have their own authority. It works in accordance with the rules to be developed by the student and approved by the Senate. The Senate can refuse to approve it only from the legal point of view.
6.2. RT student self-government — represents the unfocused Learning University (students, major, doctoral candidate);
— defending and representing the interests of the student's academic, physical and cultural life matters and in other public and commercial authorities;
— determines the procedure for the election of the student academic meeting and the Senate.
6.3. RT student self-government decisions after they have been approved in the Senate is mandatory for all learners.
6.4. the undergraduate Senate is suspensive right of veto in matters that affect the interests of the student. 6.5. Student organizations, associations, clubs, etc. participation in student self-government determine the RT student self-government regulations.
6.6 RT management supports student self-government activities.
6.7. The student authority is entitled to request and receive information and explanations from any RT departments of management on all matters affecting the interests of the student.
6.8. The student self-government representatives are entitled to participation in the decision-making of all levels of RT, as well as the right to participate as observers including and examinations.
7. Property, finance and economic activity 7.1. RT may be the property of land, movable, immovable and intellectual property, as well as money in Latvia and abroad.
RT property creates — with the Cabinet of Ministers issued the laws passed in the State property of the RT;
-ground, movable and real estate, which dāvinājuš natural or legal persons, or purchased on RT income.
7.2. RT income consists of the Republic of Latvia: val St. budget, the Government allocated a separate programme and activities;
— income from student preparation for consideration;
— income from scientific contracts;
— income from economic and financial transactions;

8. The constitutional arrangements for the adoption and amendment of the Constitution and 8.1 RT name can accept, amend or cancel only RT academic meeting. Constitution shall enter into force after approval by the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia.
