The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on protection of the rights of the child in the Child Protection Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 15,1998. no; 2000, no. 8) as follows: 1. Article 76 of the expression as follows: "article 76. The frontier (1) a child may cross the State border of both parents or one of them, or guardian, or their authorized persons.
