Перевозки пассажиров и грузов, осуществляемые перевозчиками одной из Договаривающихся Сторон по территории государства другой Договаривающейся Стороны на основании настоящего Соглашения а также транспортные средства, выполняющие, эти, перевозки, сборов и других освобождаются от налогов связанныx с владением использованием или платежей, транспортных средств. 2. Освобождение, указанное в настоящей статье, не касается сборов за проезд с пользователя дорог, сборов за проезд по платным дорогам и других платежей, взимаемых за пользование автодорожной сетью или мостами." Статья 2 Пункт 9 Протокола к Соглашению между Правительством Латвийской Республики и Правительством Республики Беларусь о международном автомобильном сообщении от 1 февраля 1995 года исключить. Статья 3 Настоящее Соглашение вступает в силу с даты получения по дипломатическим каналам последнего письменного уведомления, подтверждающего выполнение Договаривающимися Сторонами в соответствии с национальным законодательством каждого государства внутригосударственных процедур, необходимых для его вступления в силу. Совершено в городе Рига 6 августа 2014 года в двух экземплярах на латышском, белорусском и русском языках, причем все тексты аутентичны и имеют одинаковую юридическую силу. В случае разногласий при толковании положений настоящего Соглашения преимущество имеет текст на русском языке.
