Certificate of good manufacturing practice procedures for the issue of the pharmaceutical companies is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
2. transitional provisions be supplemented with 21 and 22 the following: "Amendment 21 Article 18.1 of the Act in paragraph 2 applicable corporate income tax calculation, from 1 January 2001.
22. The Cabinet of Ministers up to 1 May 2001 to determine the order in which pharmaceutical companies will be issued certificates of good manufacturing practice. "

State v. President Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga in Riga, 2001 15 February Law shall enter into force on March 1, 2001.
