The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the national probation service law to make the national Probation Service Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, no. 2; 2005; 2006, nr. 8, no. 24; 2008, no. 24; 2009, 2., no. 14, 16; Latvian Journal No. 183, 2010; 120. in 2011, no; 2012, nr. 189; 2014, 204, 257. no; 2015, No 11) the following amendments: 1. To supplement the law with the 10.1 article as follows: "article 10.1. Probation for social rehabilitation customer service procedures for co-financing (1) national probation service according to the law on the State budget for the current year to the appropriations for the co-financing granted probation under supervision provided to clients for social rehabilitation services. Social rehabilitation services probation is co-financed by the customer no longer than 12 months. (2) the cabinet shall determine the order in which the national probation service was co-sponsored by the probation clients within the envisaged monitoring social rehabilitation services, and the extent of co-financing. " 2. Add to article 11 the third paragraph with the sentence as follows: "the State probation service sends the supervision of the probation clients to social services the social rehabilitation service if it requires probation client integration in society and his supervisory quality assurance." 3. Add to article 20 paragraph 8 with the following: "8) at least one of the social services representative who provides social rehabilitation services probation clients." 4. Supplement article 21 with point 7 by the following: ' 7) at least one of the social services representative who provides social rehabilitation services probation clients. " 5. the transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 13: "13. Article 10.1 of this law shall enter into force on January 1, 2018."
