The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendments: 1. Express 166.34 article as follows: "article 166.34. Political organizations (parties) infringements of the provisions on the financing of the annual financial statements, the election of the action during the declarations of expenditure or the election statement of revenue and expenditure of the fill or submission of order, on the false declaration, specifying notification of planned election expenses order submission or failure message received or accepted any donations (donations) publishing rules — imposes a fine political organization (the lot) of two hundred and fifty to five hundred lats.
For the first part of this article provides for offences when committed repeatedly within one year of the imposition of the administrative penalty — imposed a fine political organization (the lot) from five hundred to five thousand lats.
The funding limit; on illegal gifts (donations); the financial donations (donations) without making the remittance by the political organizations (parties) account which exceeds 100 lats; on taking a loan; on the guarantee going; on the issue of a loan or on election expenses limits the extent of non-compliance — imposes a fine political organization (the lot) from five hundred to five thousand lats, seizing administrative infringement, with or without confiscation of the objects.
On the third part of this article provides for offences when committed repeatedly within one year of the imposition of the administrative penalty — imposed a fine political organization (the lot) from a thousand to ten thousand lats, seizing administrative infringement.
On political organizations (parties), using an intermediary, or on this mediation — imposes a fine person who used an intermediary, or the intermediary from one hundred to two hundred lats. "
2. Add to the first paragraph of article 214.2 after ' "with this code number and the words" in article 166.6 [if the infringement committed a political organization (party)] ".
3. Add to paragraph 13 of article 304. after number "" with name and number 166.31 "and" 166.34.
