(3) an application for entry in the European economic interest group register (also moving the registered office of the group from another Member State of the European Union on Latvia) provide the following information: 1 the name of the Group);
2) each group member's first name, last name, social security number, residence address and principal place of activity, but a legal person: the name (business name), legal form, location, registration number, registered office and its management or, if the location of another European Union Member State legislation legal person does not need a legal address, only the location of the control;
3) official address;
4) create a group goal;
5) if the group established for a fixed period: the period for which it was established;
6) each group leader's name, social security number, home address, as well as an indication of whether the leaders of the Group may represent a group, individually or jointly.
(4) an application for recording of European economic interest groupings in the register shall be accompanied by the following documents: 1) the documents laid down in the regulation;
2) each group leader's written consent to be a team leader, attesting to this law, article 3, second paragraph, the limit of absence;
3) notarized signature of each group of samples;
4) documents certifying the payment of State fee and the fee for the European economic interest group registry entry.

7 to 7) the second paragraph of article "f" above, indicate the date of adoption of the decision of members and the decision to end the activities of the group or the name of the Court, the date of the judgment and the decision of the Court to terminate the activities of the Group;
8) typing 7 the second subparagraph of article "g" above, indicate the liquidator's name, surname, personal code, and the address of the place of residence;
