The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on air" make law "on air" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 22; 1997, 13, 23 no; 1998, no. 15, 23; 1999; 2002, 23 no no 12; 2003; 2004, nr. 15, 7, 13, 20. no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the entire law, the word "police" (fold) with the words "National Guard" (the fold).
2. Replace article 3, second paragraph, the words "to the military for the foreign aircraft" with the words and figures "at public functions for foreign aircraft of 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation within the meaning of article 3".
3. Add to article 5 of the fourth paragraph as follows: "the Government aviation accident and incident investigation cooperation implemented aviation accident and incident investigation office, which is financed from the State budget allocations from the general revenue, and the Civil Aviation Administration of this law article 6, point 11 of part two of the cases."

6. Express article 40 of the fourth paragraph as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers determines the order in which the subjects of public international law for granting permission to use the airspace of Latvia public functions for the foreign aircraft flights of 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation within the meaning of article 3."
7. Article 57 of the expression as follows: "article 57. in the fifth subparagraph, replace the words "aviation accident and incident investigation department" with the word "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau".
15. Replace article 73 in the third paragraph, the words "aviation accident and incident investigation department" with the word "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau".
16. Article 74: replace the words "aviation accident and incident investigation division" (the fold) with the words "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau" (fold);
replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 9, the words "Department of investigation" with the words "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau".
17. Replace 75, 76 and 77.., the words "in article aviation accident and incident investigation division" (the fold) with the words "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau" (fold).
18. transitional provisions: off 2;

19. The Parliament adopted the law of 22 June 2005.
