The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law "on amendments to the retirement pension system in the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" make law "on retirement pension system in the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 9; 2000, no. 2, 2002, 9; 15. no) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 7 and paragraph 10, the words "companies (companies)" with the words "at the economic operators".
2. Replace article 7 of the first, second and third paragraph, the words "Ministry of Interior" (the fold) with the words "Ministry of health and social agencies" (the fold).
3. Replace article 9, second paragraph, the words "Ministry of Interior" with the words "Ministry of health and social agencies".
4. replace the transitional provisions: 1., and in the second sentence of paragraph 2, second sentence, the words "Interior Ministry" with the words "Ministry of health and social agencies";
Replace paragraph 13, the words "companies (companies)" with the words "at the merchants ';
transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 14: "14. This law article 3, paragraph 7 and 10 and the transitional provisions referred to in paragraph 13 of the time worked at the economic operator also be assimilated in enterprises (companies) time worked."
The law adopted by the Parliament in October 27, 2005.
