The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law "on amendments to the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" make law "on regulated professions and recognition of professional qualifications" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 15; 2003, 23, no; 2004, nr. 13) follows: 1. Replace article 8 the third paragraph, the words "architectural organization" with the words "at the merchant that provides architectural services".

4. Article 19 shall be expressed by the following: ' article 19. 5.20 article: replace the first paragraph, the words "vocational diploma" with the words "vocational education or professional qualification certificate";

6. Replace article 32 in the fourth paragraph, the words "surveying company" with the words "at the merchant providing surveying services".
7. Supplement with Chapter VI, article 32.1 by the following: ' article 32.1. Requirements for regulated professions in the field of conformity assessment, conformity assessment in regulated professions in which the requirements established by the Cabinet of Ministers, are the following: 1) metālmateriāl welder;

8. The Parliament adopted the law of 17 November 2005.
