The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on the empowering nature of coercive measures for children" make law "on educative nature coercive measures for children" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2004, 2, 14 no, no 8; 2005) follows: 1. in article 11: make second subparagraph second sentence as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers shall lay down the conditions of employment of the child bans and restrictions , doing community work. ";
to supplement the article with the fourth and fifth by the following: "(4) the public performance occurred during the accident investigation, and the count is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers on the accidents at work of investigation and accounting procedures.

2. Make the first paragraph of article 16, paragraph 2 as follows: "2) certificate from the family doctor about the health condition of the child;".
3. Article 29: Add to the first paragraph, after the word "child" with the words "except in the second part of that ruling";
replace the second paragraph, the word "decision" with the word "ruling".
4. Turn off the third paragraph of article 30, the words "the national probation service".
5. Supplement article 32 to the third part as follows: "(3) in the cases provided for in this article to the court proceedings public works execution is suspended."
