One of the parties may terminate the agreement by sending the transaction the other party through diplomatic channels, written notice of its intention to discontinue the operation of the agreement. In this case, the agreements are suspended after six months from the date of receipt of such notification. Article 2 this Protocol shall be applied provisionally from the date of signature and shall enter into force when the latter received written notice that the parties have completed internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Protocol.
