The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the agricultural and rural development in the law to make agricultural and rural development Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 10) follows: 1. Article 5: to express the sixth part as follows: "(6) the Cabinet a month after the annual State budget act in the tender issued rules on annual State aid to agriculture and its procedure.";
to make an eighth of the following: "(8) the procedure is administered by the European agricultural guarantee fund, European agricultural fund for rural development and the European Fisheries Fund, as well as those involved in the administration of the Fund authorities, competences and responsibilities determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.";
to supplement the article with the ninth subparagraph by the following: "(9) in the national and European farm field and the beneficiaries of the amount of the aid received to be considered vis available information that is sensitive. The Parliament adopted the law of 30 March 2006.
