The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of vocational training in the vocational training Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, no. 14, no. 16; 2001) follows: 1. Replace the entire law, the word "responsibility" with the word "subordinated" and the word "Finance" — with the word "financial".

to supplement the article with the second and third subparagraphs by the following: "(2) in relation to subordinated to Ministry of defence national vocational training institutions of protection laid down in this article is the competence of the Ministry can be implemented by national armed forces within their governing laws.
(3) in relation to subordinated to the Ministry of the Interior national vocational training institutions in this article, the Interior Ministry's jurisdiction may be exercised in the State police, the National Guard and the State fire and rescue service according to governing regulations. "

14. Make the article 24 as follows: "article 24. The standard of the profession profession standard is part of the professions and defines the profession relevant to the Mission of the professional activities and responsibilities, professional qualification requirements to complete their general and professional knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies. "
15. Express the ninth article 27 subparagraph by the following: "(9) the requirements for admission to an educational program that enables learning to get the first level of professional qualification or requirements for admission to vocational education in the curriculum."
