The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the parliamentary agenda to make roller roller of the Saeima (the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, 17, no. 24; 1995, no. 10, 24; 1996, 13, 22 no; 1997, no. 12, 21; 1998; 2000, no. 22, no. 2; 2001, 5., 10., 12. No; 2002, nr. 22; 2004, nr. 23; 2005; 2006, no. 14. 8., no. 14) the following amendments: 1. Make 187. article as follows: "187. (1) the employment relationship with the employee establishes a fraction and closes parliamentary Office Director at the group leader's proposal in accordance with the provisions of the labour law.
(2) the contract shall be awarded to one of the following limits: 1) a fraction of a period in the parliamentary term of Office;
2) for a fixed period of not less than six months, and the contract of employment can be extended. If the transaction terminates before the factions concluded a work contract, a contract employee of the fraction terminates with the day when the fraction terminates the operation. "
2. Make the following article 198: "198. (1) the working relationship with the Assistant, established and terminated by the Director of the Office of the Parliament after a member's proposal in accordance with the provisions of the labour law.
(2) the contract shall be awarded to one of the following limits: 1) to the mandate period;
2) for a fixed period of not less than six months, and the contract of employment can be extended. If the mandate terminates before the term of the contract of employment concluded, Parliamentary Assistant's employment contract shall cease as of the date of termination of mandate. " The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
