The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendments: 1. Express 200. and article 200.1 as follows: "article 200. National armed forces reserve accounting rules on the provision of news not national armed forces reserve accounting departments or accounting policy, if it made the accounting subject person — expressed the warning or impose a fine of up to fifty lats. 
200.1 article. Reserve obligation non-fulfilment of a soldier on a reserve soldier's absence to a regular military exercises or national armed forces reserve accounting unit in the summons issued by the specific place and time, impose a fine of up to one hundred and fifty lats.
The same acts, if committed repeatedly within one year of the imposition of the administrative penalty, impose a fine of up to two hundred and fifty lats. "

4. Replace the figures "in article 213 200.-201.1-201.9 200.2," with numbers "200., 200.1, 201.2-201.9".
The law shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
The Parliament adopted the law on 14 December 2006.
