The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the legitimate movement of medicinal products order" make law "For the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the legitimate movement of medicinal products order" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1996, no. 12; 1998, no. 15; 2000, no. 10, 15; 2003; 2006, no. 12. no) to make such an amendment: article 6 the second subparagraph by the following : "(2) fiber and seed production, as well as horticultural purposes allowed to grow cannabis (of sowing cannabis sativa subsp. sativa). Media volume of cannabis shall be arranged only in the open (may they grow indoors and cover areas, greenhouses or under protection). The land owner or legal possessor is obliged to destroy their land areas growing cannabis, cultivation of which is prohibited under this Act. " The Parliament adopted the law of 3 May 2007. State v.
