The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of credit unions to make credit unions Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, nr. 10; 2004, nr. 2), the amendments are as follows: 1. Replace the words "in article 1 of the Latvian population" with the word "individual". 2. Turn off the sixth part of article 2. 3. in article 12: turn off paragraph 1 first subparagraph; Replace paragraph 3 of the first paragraph, the word "and" by "or"; replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 5, the word "business" with the word "business". 4. Turn off the article 19, second paragraph, the words "according to the general meeting (the meeting authorised) approved the terms of deposits". 5. Article 20: turn in the sixth paragraph, the words "established in the Republic of Latvia"; turn off the tenth and eleventh paragraph, the words "the President of the Board of Auditors to the President of the Commission". 6. Replace article 23, second paragraph, the number "50" with the number "100 000 000". 7. Supplement to article 27.1 of Chapter VI, by the following: ' article 27.1. Participation in the credit register (1) the credit limit set by the Bank of Latvia and the Bank of Latvia on the agenda given the news of his borrowers and borrower, guarantor of their commitments and their status.
