The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law "on amendments to the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" make law "on regulated professions and recognition of professional qualifications" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 15; 2003, 23, no; 2004, nr. 13; 2006, 1., no. 24) the following amendments: 1. Express article 2, fifth subparagraph by the following: "(5) to the stateless persons who received abroad issued travel documents to stateless persons as well as to refugees and persons who have been granted alternative status, subject to the provisions of this law on the recognition of professional qualifications. "
2. To supplement the law with article 32.3 of the following: ' article 32.3. Requirements for regulated professions detective and guard activities (1) in the field of regulated professions Detective is a detective and guard activities-security staff.
(2) a Person's right to make independent professional activity referred to in the first paragraph shall certify the professions of the professional activities of regulatory laws in order for a certificate and, respectively, for the conduct of detective-security certificate. "
3. Add to the informative reference to European Union directive with the following version of paragraph 28: "28) Council of 29 April 2004, 2004/83 EC directive on minimum standards for the qualification and status of third country nationals of the country or stateless persons as refugees or as persons who otherwise need international protection and the content of the protection granted."
