";
believe the current text of the first part of the article.
2. Add to article 6 of the third part as follows: "(3) forest fire jobs, and the national forest service and the State fire and rescue service cooperation arrangements, making the forest fire control and salvage work, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers."
3. To supplement the law with the 10.1 article as follows: "article 10.1. The forest owner (possessor) of fire protection and fire-fighting duties in the field of (1) the forest owner (possessor) are required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the forest fire.
(2) the forest owner (possessor) by the national forest service officials or State fire and rescue service shall be carried out at the request of the Inspector of the location of the forest fire forest fire monitoring the liquidation. "
4. Make article 13 the first subparagraph by the following: "(1) State supervision over the State of safety in the fire and rescue service national fire monitoring by inspectors, but the forests and wooded land-the national forest service officials.
