The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: For Ventspils high school Constitution article 1. -French-Ecole Superieur de Ventspils;

III. Administration and departments 10. Ve representation, management and decision-making bodies are: 10.1. Constitutional meeting;
10.2. The Senate;
10.3. The Rector;
10.4. The Audit Commission;
10.5. The academic Tribunal.

18. The Senate may be created by the Council and the Commission, acting in accordance with the by-laws approved by the Senate.
19. The Senate its activities shall be terminated by the day after the election.

VIII. reorganisation and winding-up of the Ve procedure 49. Decision on reorganization or liquidation of the Ve adopted the Cabinet by the Minister of education and science. The order of the Cabinet of Ministers project on the reorganization or liquidation of the Vet attached to the opinion of the Council of higher education.
