The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the agricultural and rural development in the law to make agricultural and rural development Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 10; 2006, nr. 9, 3.; 2007, no. 23) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 4, second paragraph with the following wording of paragraph 2.1: "21) risk management policy." 2. in article 5: Supplement to article 4.1 part as follows: "(5) the order in which the European Union recognises the directly applicable legislation on certain aid schemes, cross compliance consulting service providers, aggregators, and agricultural products, the first processor, as well as farmers use on their holdings or processing enerģētisko crops, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers."; turn off the sixth; replace the words "the ninth part of the application" with the word "submission". 3. Replace article 9, first paragraph, the words "producer group created to" with the words "directly applicable European Union legislation on a particular group of producers established in accordance with the requirements of the laws and obtained the status of a legal person and which is designed to". 4. Supplement with chapter II article 12.1, as follows: "article 12.1. Agricultural risk management (1) agricultural risk management provides an effective system of agricultural production risk to compensate for losses. " 5. The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
