The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: amended Customs Act Customs Act in (the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 9; 2005, 13. 3. in article 13: Add to the first paragraph, after the word "where" with the words "subject to customs clearance";
to make the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) the cabinet shall determine: 1) in the order in which the State revenue service determines the customs control zone;

4. Replace article 27 in the fifth paragraph, the number "15" with the number "30".
5. Article 34 be expressed as follows: "article 34. Duty-free sales store location (1) free trade can only create new stores in airports and sea ports, which is the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia provided at the border inspection post.
(2) a duty free shop may be in trade: 1) international traffic in airports only after the customs control and security control points;
2) international traffic in seaports just behind the customs control, border control and security control points.
(3) a duty free shop in the harmonisation of trade with the State border guard Department regulations. "
6. transitional provisions be supplemented with 3, 4 and 5 of paragraph by the following: "3. The Cabinet of Ministers by 2008 October 1, issued by this law, in article 13, in the fourth paragraph, the rules laid down.
