The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" to make the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, nr. 23; 1998, nr. 6; 1999, no. 5, 10, 15; 2005. No, 2007, nr. 3, 14.) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 2 of the sixth paragraph, the words "on the basis of the parish authorities" with the words "on the basis of the relevant authorities."
2. Supplement article 5, after the words "local authorities" with the words "in the territory or territorial unit of Government (city, County)".
3. Express article 15, second and third subparagraph by the following: "(2) the Court shall examine the land border dispute between the people of the land units, if this land is recorded in the land register unit.
(3) land border dispute between the people of the land units, one of which is recorded in the land register, the law established (fifth paragraph of this article). "
4. Supplement article 17 with 2.1 part as follows: "(21) Central Land Commission of property rights on land reforms intended to complete the second part of this article in the order set out in the renewed, subject to the administrative territorial breakdown of 2009 on January 2."
The Parliament adopted the law on 17 July 2008.
