The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the rights of landowners to compensation for the operating limits of the specially protected natural areas and mikroliegumo" to make to the law "on the rights of landowners to compensation for the operating limits of the specially protected natural areas and mikroliegumo ' (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2005, 15, 24, 3. No; 2007, 2008 10 no; 1. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 3, second paragraph, the words "in the interest of the European Community to the specially protected natural areas" with the words "European interest" protected natural areas.
2. in article 5: replace the third paragraph, the words "or land of" with the words "redeem rewards, land repurchase or the payment of the aid in accordance with article 3 of the law laid down in the third paragraph";
express the sixth part as follows: "(6) if the landlord has received other State authorities or the European Union, directly or indirectly, for about the same operating restrictions for which this law provides for remuneration, the remuneration under this Act can be obtained only on the care shelter the ban during the entire calendar year."
3. in article 6: express the second part of paragraph 5 by the following: "5) the land adopted in succession.";
to supplement the article with the third part as follows: "(3) if the land owner is logged into the support payments (forest owners) of European Union funds for the operating limits of European interest in protected natural areas (Natura 2000), entitled to claim remuneration is the payment of the aid."
4. Article 24: make the second paragraph as follows: "(2) beginning with 2012, atpērkam land, which after the acquisition of land property rights in natural liegumo or other especially protected natural areas in the zone of natural behavior.";
to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) in the first subparagraph of this article, certain time limits do not apply to the case where the nature reserve or other especially protected natural areas of the nature reserve, strict mode or adjustable mode zone is created after December 31, 2007."
5. the transitional provisions in paragraph 3: turn off a number and the words "the third paragraph of article 3;
transitional provisions be supplemented with (4) and (5) the following: "4. in article 3 of this law, the provisions of part for payment of the aid are applied by January 1, 2012.
5. The Cabinet of Ministers until 1 May 2011 manages this law article 3, third paragraph these provisions. "
The Parliament adopted the law on 14 November 2008.
