The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on property of the Republic of Latvia of denacionalizācij" make law "About homeownership for the Republic of Latvia" denacionalizācij (Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1991, nr. 46; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 9, 16; 20. in 1995, no; in 1997, no. 1) following amendment: replace article 16, second paragraph, the words "one city or county boundaries" with the words "Republic of the same city, town or district within the parish, but if the country is not a territorial unit, where county boundaries".
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 19 February 2009.
